I have been in the travel industry for 16 years. My husband and I opened Harvey World Travel Armidale in January 2003.
I have travelled throughout Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Vanuatu, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Canada, Hawaii, South Africa and Europe.
My Favourite destinations are Canada and Africa.
I am passionate about travel and really enjoy assisting to make your dream holiday become a reality.

I have a great rapport with clients and it is evidenced by a large number of repeat clientele. Many are more than clients they have become friends.

I have always wanted to travel the world to experience different destinations, lifestyles and cultures. For the last 5 years I have been working in the travel industry with Harvey World Travel Armidale, which has allowed me to fulfil many of my travel dreams.
I have completed Certificate 3 in Retail Tourism and a Diploma in Tourism Management. Over the last few years I have attended numerous training days, product update and information sessions.
I have travelled throughout Australia, England, Scotland, Ireland, Europe, USA, New Zealand, Africa (South and East), Norfolk, Samoa, Singapore, Canada, Thailand and a P&O South Pacific Cruise.
I have experienced many fantastic locations but Africa and Canada would have to be on the top of my list.
A highlight for me is to be involved in helping people plan their “trip of a lifetime” to so many different destinations and that I am constantly learning new things. It’s an exciting and rewarding career.

I have been in travel for 15 years working at E-ticket and my current position at Harvey World Travel Armidale.
I have travelled to all the states in Australia, New Zealand, Western and American Samoa, Fiji (a few times my favourite family destination), Tahiti, Bali, Thailand, Hong Kong, America, Canada, UK, the Netherlands and Cruised the Pacific.
I love the hospitality of the Pacific, the cultural experience you find in Asia, the scenery of Canada and New Zealand and the history of UK/Europe.
This industry has given me many opportunities to travel and experience lots of fascinating destinations. It is great to help clients organise their trips and maybe their once in a lifetime trip wherever that may be.

I have been in the Travel Industry for 10 years. My first 2 years were with Harvey World Travel in Armidale then I relocated to Port Macquarie where I spent the next 8 years working with Port Macquarie Travel. I rejoined the Harvey World Travel Armidale team in February 2007.
I spent two years living and travelling through Europe and the UK. During this time I was fortunate enough to run a chalet in Meribel located in the French Alps. I have also travelled to Thailand, Fiji, Vanuatu, New Caledonia and New Zealand. Not to mention all the wonderful destinations in Australia I have been.
There are so many fantastic things to see and do in all the places I have visited so therefore it’s really hard to single out one place as being a favourite destination.
I thoroughly enjoy working in the travel industry as it’s a wonderful experience helping people create their dream trip.

The Tourism industry has always been an interest of mine and after almost 4 years of travelling overseas, I was fortunate to return to Armidale and join the team here at Harvey World Travel. I have now been in the Armidale office for 2 years and have completed the Certificate 3 in Tourism – Retail Travel Sales.
After calling Scotland home for 9 months, I then travelled through the United Kingdom, Ireland, Turkey, Thailand, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, Czech Republic, Austria, Belgium, Andorra and Vanuatu.
I also had the wonderful opportunities to work in the French Alps, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Scotland and several places in the UK.
Recently I have been to Fiji, Hamilton Island and on a P&O Cruise around the South Pacific.
Now that I’m home I am really looking forward to seeing more of Australia. I enjoy making my clients holiday one that they will never forget and I love hearing all about it when they return.
